Small Business Marketing has a great disadvantage that it has to be done regularly and through many ways. The main part of their marketing strategy is trust. They cannot afford to make any minor mistake because the greatest medium for travelling of information about the small business is word by mouth. In this case even committing of small error will lead to total collapse of trust among the customers and sense of fear in existing customers. Another great disadvantage is that the capital amount available at disposal for the small business expenditure. When the leader of the business fails to plan properly and starts a business with low capital amount then the business will succumb under bankruptcy. The leader will then become responsible for all the remaining debts owned by the company. This will lead to confiscation of the company by the Government and the leader will be considered as an economic offender.
